Our service operates on a post-publication payment model, meaning clients must make the payment only after their article has been published on the agreed platform. The charge for each published article is ₹50, and we ensure that the article meets basic quality standards before it goes live. Once published, clients are notified and expected to complete the payment.
Refund Eligibility
Since the payment is made only after the article is published, refunds are generally not applicable. However, there are specific cases where a refund may be considered. If the published article is removed within 7 days due to an error on our end, such as a violation of platform policies or a technical issue, we will process a full refund. Additionally, if the article contains serious errors that affect its quality and we are unable to rectify them, we will assess the situation and offer a refund if necessary.
Non-Refundable Situations
Once an article is published and remains live as agreed, refunds will not be provided. Clients are encouraged to review the article carefully before approving publication to avoid any disputes. If the article is removed by the publishing platform due to policy changes, external factors, or the client’s actions, no refund will be issued. Furthermore, refunds will not be granted if the client decides to withdraw their request after the article is already published.
Refund Process
If a refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 7 working days through the original payment method. Clients must submit a refund request by contacting our support team with details of the issue and relevant proof, such as screenshots or links. Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.
